Eight things we frame.
Done right.

We don't claim to do everything in construction. We frame — and we frame specifically the way a good general contractor, an architect, and a building inspector all want to see it. Below is exactly what's in scope.

S-01

Rough Framing

Sole plates down, studs up, headers set, blocking where it should be. The bones of the build — done so finish trades show up to a frame they don't have to fight.

S-02

Custom Framing

Vaulted ceilings, curved walls, oversized openings, exposed timber details. The shapes that make a house feel designed instead of built.

S-03

Wood Framing

Dimensional lumber, engineered LVLs, glulams, PSLs. Material dialed to span and load — so you get exactly what you need.

S-04

Structural Framing

Shear walls, hold-downs, Simpson hardware, seismic anchors per the engineer's drawings. Hand-off ready for rough inspection on the first try.

S-05

Residential Framing

Single-family, multi-family, hillside, and infill. We've framed enough LA lots to know how a 25-foot front-yard setback actually behaves.

S-06

New Construction

From slab to topped-out roof. We mobilize fast, set our own schedule against the general contractor's, and don't disappear when the next job calls.

S-07

ADU Framing

Detached ADUs, attached ADUs, garage conversions, JADUs. We know the LA-specific nuances — sound separation, fire-rated assemblies, proper sequencing while the main house is live.

Wall Framing

Interior partitions, exterior bearing walls, demising walls. Strung with a string line, framed to within ⅛ inch — your drywall hangs flat without shimming.

Walk the plans

We sit with your structural set, the truss package, and the engineer's specs. Take-off, sequence, lead times — figured out before we quote.

Mobilize clean

Lumber staged, layout snapped, plates cut. We show up with our plans ready so we can start framing on day one.

Straight. Level. Square.

Strung, laser-checked, and tied off. Studs at 16 OC unless specs say otherwise. Every header and stud is placed with precision.

04

Hand off ready

Inspection-ready frame, a clean site, and a punch walk with the general contractor. Drywall and finish carpentry don't have to fix our work to do theirs.
